OEM Design

Original Entrusted Manufacture, referred to as OEM for short. The brand manufacturer is responsible for product design and development. The processing enterprise accepts the entrustment of the brand manufacturer and organizes the processing production according to the requirements of the brand manufacturer. It is commonly known as "fixed brand" design.

ODM Design

Original design manufacture, referred to as ODM for short. Brand manufacturers are not responsible for product design and development, but directly entrust processing enterprises with design and development capabilities to design, develop and produce a product situation according to the specifications and requirements put forward by brand manufacturers.

    4.arrange company visiting and inspection if needed.

  • Shipments

    1.Balance confirmation.

    2.Start packing.

    3.Labeling shipping marks.

    4.Confirm the consignee information.

    5.Contact the logistics and arrange the delivery.

  • Quality control

    1.quality inspection.

    2.arrange quality inspection by third party if needed.

  • Production

    Refer to production flowchart.

  • Confirm order

    1. Confirm payment terms.

    2. Confirm lead time.

    3. Confirm production requirements.

    4. Confirm whether you need the engineer for installation with extra cost.

    5. Deposit confirmation.

    6. Start making BOM sheet by engineer.

    7. Arrange material purchasing.

  • Logistics tracking

    1.Follow up logistics information and inform the customer.

    2.Send essential documents to customer.

    3.Confirm the goods has been received.

  • Installation

    1. Send installation instructions to customer.

    2. Arrange engineer dispatching. (need to arrange visa as soon as you confirm to send the engineer)

    3. Follow up the installation till it's finished.

  • Customer feedback

    1.Send question are after 15 days of use.

    2.Timely feedback the customer evaluation.

    3.Study solving scheme.

    4.Interaction on social networks, like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.

    1.After sale service provided, quick response within 24 hours.
