Background: Small and medium-sized massage factory in China, operating massage products for 16 years. Mainly engaged in OEM business, and have the ability of independent research and development. Zhi-Mai is committed to developing new customers while consolidating the old ones.
Challenge: When the customer confirmed the new product, the structure which they confirmed was knocking and kneading working at the same time. But the customer suddenly wanted to change the massage method when investigating the market, there can be a separate choice of kneading, or tapping plus kneading at the same time. Because of the structural changes involved, we had to change the mold and quickly re-sample it to the customer for confirmation.
Solution: In order not to affect the delivery date, our engineer stayed in the grinding tool factory for 10 days to follow up the specific matters of the modified mold, and successfully solved the mold problem to achieve the function requested by the customer
